Eileen Thornhill
Eileen is passionate about the growth and development of people and has extensive experience in the disciplines of Coaching and Learning & Development. She has worked on many leadership development programmes and designs people development strategies that align to both your business strategy and people development requirements. She has been designing and implementing B-BBEE strategy solutions for Skills Development, Enterprise and Supplier Development and Socio-Economic Development for many years. Eileen has a BA degree in Psychology from Wits University and holds a Masters in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
Chelsea-Ann Griffiths
Chelsea has been involved in project planning and organising for the past 6 years. She is passionate about the upliftment of her community and peers by enabling them to succeed in a career. As a Project Manager within the LLC Academy, she is very hands on with corporates and students alike and ensures we provide the very best for the clients and the students.
Kim Hayter
Kim is passionate about education and believes that education empowers people and enables them to become more economically active. As a project manager she is primarily responsible for the completion of a planned project by preparing, executing and managing all aspects of the project. She also cultivates, manages and maintains the relationships between all the stakeholders in the project.
Angie-Lanham-Love
Angie has been consulting in B-BBEE strategy development and implementation since 2004. She has vast experience in all the pillars of B-BBEE across multiple sector charters, from strategy formulation to implementation, including ownership design, structure and implementation. She has a BCom degree in Business from Wits University.
Chantal Jansen
Chantal supports the team in an administration and financial capacity. She has a bookkeeping qualification from Damelin and has been working in the accounts area since 2006.
Samantha Clark
Sam is passionate about building and empowering the nation. Skilled in building relationships, motivating others and getting the buy-in and creating enthusiasm. Build your people and the people build your business. Over her career, she has had the privilege to be part of thousands of people’s journeys, having coached and mentored them, partnering with them to achieve amazing accomplishments. As they succeeded, she succeeded. Sam has had the opportunity to work with diverse people from different parts of the world. While these experiences are different, the results are not. Sam’s passion and driving force is changing lives and allowing each individual to see and reach their full potential.
Tebogo Tsoane
Tebogo holds a bachelor’s degree in Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of laws. She has always had a keen interest in human rights and social policy and has taken an indirect route into the field of people development and project planning. In her role as Project Manager at the LLC Academy, she manages the day-to-day management of client projects, and ensures that students are supported throughout their LLCA journey.
Sarah Vyvyan-Day
Sarah is passionate about Youth Empowerment and building tomorrow’s leaders. Her Bachelor of Law degree made her realize her interest in helping people reach their full potential. As a Project Manager at the LLC Academy, Sarah oversees the Academy’s goal of giving a hand up instead of a handout – she works closely with parties to ensure that delegates reach their full potential within their respective programme.
Maria Kunene
Lindy McClymont
Lindy heads up the LLCA Faculty, which focuses on learning design, soft skills training, coaching (individual and team) leadership development, workshop facilitation, virtual learning design and experiential learning. She ensures the LLCA faculty coaches facilitate “the LLCA way”, which drives consistency and excellence across our client base.
Lindy has many years’ experience in the corporate sector, leading teams and managing business units. She has extensive experience with leadership development and behavioural programmes, graduate programmes, coaching initiatives and team effectiveness programmes, both locally and across the African continent
Maurice Lancaster
Maurice is one of the LLCA senior facilitators and specialises in the delivery of leadership programmes. Maurice has worked in the field of facilitating, training, counselling and people development for many years, both nationally and internationally. Maurice has delivered programmes at all levels, across different industries and countries making a significant impact whenever he goes.
With a human sciences background, several years of clinical experience, as well as solid experience in the corporate space, Maurice is able to develop leadership and to make a difference. Maurice offers exactly what his learners require, thereby ensuring greater value-add and ultimate return on investment. Author, speaker and consciousness practitioner, Maurice strives to promote and actively develop leadership, mindfulness, presence, and deep self-awareness.
Perpetua Nyarai Malianga
Perpetua Malianga has over 15 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors. Perpetua is poised to deliver an understanding of the business and people management space. Perpetua is a qualified coach and her 10 years’ experience has allowed her opportunities to work at all levels, from executives, to teams and entrepreneurs. She has an engaging style, a natural talent for reading people and team dynamics and offers a strong lens on diversity through having worked and lived around the world. Her passion and connection, along with her experience makes her a strongly skilled facilitator and coach.
Honest Ncube
Honest Ncube is a seasoned facilitator and coach with qualifications in mentoring, life skills and leadership. Honest is also an advanced communicator with Toastmasters International. He is passionate about people development, upskilling the youth, social development and learning. Given Honest’s passionate approach, he connects with people naturally and his style is interactive, participative and motivational. As an ETDP certified facilitator, Honest has a great balance between imparting content and creating engaging sessions. With more than 10 years’ experience under his belt, Honest has an unmatched impact on people, whether it be through his face to face interventions, online coaching or even radio interviews.
